Dr. Mai-Lan Le is the Vice Chairwoman of the Vingroup Joint Stock Company. In 2013, she set up Vinschool, a not-for-profit K-12 education system, with the mission to transform the Vietnamese educational system based on the highest international standards. Since then, Vinschool has become the largest educational system in Vietnam with a core of quality teachers and robust programs.

In 2017, Dr. Mai-Lan Le began to lead another major education project of Vingroup: VinUniversity, a not-for-profit and prestigious university that aspires to develop talents for the future, to create breakthroughs in Vietnamese higher education system, and to become a world-class university.
