Ms. Thuy-Duong Do currently serves as the Head of Corporate Culture of Vingroup JSC. In 2008, she founded TalentPool, a leading leadership management and development consultancy solution in Vietnam. TalentPool aims to unlock the potential within every individual and accompany them on their leadership journey to make the world a better place. She gained substantial leadership experience from top universities, including Harvard University, University of Oxford, and ENA. With 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, Ms. Thuy-Duong Do has developed numerous leadership programs and models that led to her success in influencing female leaders, fostering personal growth, and enhancing entrepreneurship skills.
